The following points may help you:
a. Physical factors- Would include the topography of the region like slope, and terrain as well as the physical properties of the soil such as texture, fertility, organic matter content.
We may give example, of region with alluvial soil is best suited for the cultivation of wheat, sugarcane etc.
b. Economic factors- This would include whether the crop is economically viable, availability of labour, proximity to the market, marketing facilities, transportation etc.
c. Social factors- Social and economic condition of the farmers , large farmers with large land holdings can invest in latest technology , get the best of machinery and equipment. Changes in the government policies for example minimum support price also influences the crop selection
d. Climatic conditions- difference in climatic conditions leads to variation in soil which are suited for different types of plants and crops growth. Therefore, we witness diversity from tropical evergreen forests to thorny bushes, from Equatorial rain vegetation to Alpine vegetation.
hope it helps u !!!!

There are four primary factors that affect plant growth: light, water, temperature and nutrients. These four elements affect the plant's growth hormones, making the plant grow more quickly or more slowly. Changing any of the four can cause the plant stress which stunts or changes growth, or improves growth
