Fats are part of nutrition.These are fatty acids.These fats are important to run a body but eating too much can effect their body like getting obesity or some problems.
- These make your body work good.
- These caleries will make your body use them when you're exercising.
- These are essential but not much.
- These are lipids.
- Fats includes Butter,sugar,meat,fish,fast foods etc.
- Eating them some time helps your body work.
- If you eat much you should do same exercise for it.
- All needs fat to keep skin and hair healtheir.
- Fats helps to absorb vitamins
- The vitamins they absorb are Vitamin A,Vitamin D,Vitamin E,Vitamin K etc.
- Fats keep your body fill with fat cells which are needed.
- Because of fats you will feel warmer.
- They are essential but a body can only work with them,and if you don't take for the quantity you need then body can't work properly.
