Triglycerides are then stored in the body as fat (adipose) tissue. Saturated fatty acids contain single bonds only.

spermaceti and bee's wax belong to esters of some fatty acids but different alcohol. spermaceti is a ester of alcohol ( C15H31COOC16H33 ) with palmitic acids while bee's wax is a ester of myricyl alcohol ( C15H31COOC30H61 ) with polmitic acids..
Fat is stored reserves for the body which provides energy these are triester of glycerol. it is obtained from fatty acids & glycerol. it consists of are glycerol molecules & three fatty acids molecules.....
