There are 4 types of Fertilisers -

${\underline{\sf{\green{Nitrogenous\:Fertilisers -}}}}$ The fertilisers which supplies nitrogen to the plants.

• Example - Urea Ammonium nitrite.

${\underline{\sf{\green{Phosphatic\:Fertilisers -}}}}$ They are the source of Marcronutrients phosphorus.

• Example - Single Superphosphate and Triple Superphosphate.

${\underline{\sf{\green{Potassic\:Fertilisers -}}}}$ These fertilisers supply potassium which it one of the essential Macronutrients of the plants.

• Example - Potassium Chloride and Potassium sulphate.

${\underline{\sf{\green{Complex\:Fertilisers -}}}}$ When a fertilisers contain at least two or more nutrients it is called complex fertilisers.

• Example - Nitrophosphate and Ammonium Phosphate.
