What are Forms? Why should one design forms?

In a database , A form is a said to be a window which contains various fields and leaves various spaces.There are various label for each label such users who see the forms gets an idea of the contents.

A form is more user friendly.

A user interface can be made for the data application.A bound form is directly connected to the data.These can also be edited and deleted.
