Heya !

Here's your answer !!

_______________________________

The fuels obtained from the remains of dead animals and plants which were formed millions of years ago are called fossil fuels.

_______________________________

Formation of Coal :

Due to very high temperature and pressure
Earth the carbon got compact to form stony Residue called coal.

_______________________________

Formation of Oil :

It is formed by the anaerobic decomposition of extremely small sea animals and plants which got burried in the seabed millions of years ago.
the bodies of Dead plants and animals decay in the absence of air under very high temperature and pressure of the earth.
The product of decay was Petroleum
_______________________________

Formation of Natural Gas :

Natural gas was formed millions of years ago along with petroleum when microscopic sea plants animals died and God buried under the sand and mud please plants and animals under anaerobic conditions change to gas and petroleum.

Fossil fuel is a general term for buriedcombustible geologic deposits of organic materials, formed from decayed plants and animals that have been converted to crude oil, coal, natural gas, or heavy oils by exposure to heat and pressure in the earth's crust over hundreds of millions of years.
A. coal formed

plants decay.

peat is formed.

peat changes to lignite (soft brown coal made from peat)

bituminous coal is formed (black and brittle and very polluting)

anthracite coal is formed (highest amount of carbon and clean burning)
B & C. oil formed
water+dead and decaying organic material

sedimenatry rock

trapped fossils

impermeable rock

formed of oil and natrual gas

D.peat
• when plant material does not fully decay in acidic and anaerobic conditions. • It is composed mainly of wetland vegetation: • principally including mosses, sedges, and shrubs. • the holds water.
•. formed of peat.

i hope this answer satisfaction.
