These are the dead and remaining parts of all plants and animals that buried under Earth's crust for many years.

Formation :-

They are formed by dead and decayed parts of plants and animals that buried under Earth's crust for so many years. And due to regular pressure and heat of earth they convert into fossils.

remainants of plants and animals get buried into the Earth's surface and due to tremendous pressure outside and heat inside they are converted into a fuels . such fuels are called fossil fuels..
