AGE OF FOSSIL IS DETERMINED BY CARBON DATING METHOD

Fossils are the pre-historic remains of dead plants and animals preserved and petrified in rocks.  

There are 2 ways to determine the age of fossils:

- Relative Dating  

- Objective Dating  

These are scientific methods used to determine the order of past events happened like age of an extinct animal or plant.
