The Indian constitution guarantees certain basic rights to all citizens. They are known as fundamental rights. They help to maintain democratic nature of our government .
Our constitution guarantees six Fundamental rights. They are listed in Part III of our Constitution.
1 Right to Equality
2 right to freedom
3 right against exploitation
4 right to freedom of religion
5 cultural and educational rights
6 right to constitutional remedies
