Along with certain fundamental duties our Indian Constitution garunte us certain fundamental rights also which ensures equality and liberty for people of all castes, color, race or religion.

Fundamental rights are those which are nessecary for all round development of a citizen. These rights are given in condition that we will respect our constitution .

Right To Equality, Right To Freedom, Right against exploitation, Right to Freedom of Religion, Cultural and educational right ,Right to Constitutional remedies
