Fundamental Rights is a charter of rightscontained in Part III of Constitution ofIndia. ... These rights universally apply to all citizens, irrespective of race, place of birth, religion, caste or gender. Aliens (persons who are not citizens) are also considered in matters like equality before law.

Fundamental rights are the basic rights that are granted by the Indian constitution to the citizens which are legal by law.
And it is helping us in living better as it gives us the civil liberties. We could enjoy the benefits from it being a citizen, like freedom of speech which gives us the freedom to express....
