fundamental right is a charter of rights contained in part lll of constitation of India. It guarantees civil liberties such that all Indians can liberties such that all Indians can lead their lives in peace and harmony as citizen of Indian aliens are also considered in matters like equality before low.

3. Right against exploitation
4. Cultural and educational rights.
5. Right to religious freedom
6. Right to constitutional remedies

Right to primary education is also added recently.

The fundamental rights are the basic rights to every citizen of a nation to live freely in the society without crossing the limits. Because of these rights, one will be aware of things what should one do and what shouldn't. These rights helps in attaining peace in the society without any pressure on people.
