fundamental rights are a group of rights that are recognized by the supreme court as a high level of protection by government. These has been specially identified by the constitution .

Fundamental rights that has been issued to the people of India are :

# right to equality .
# right to freedom .
# right to freedom of religion .
# cultural and educational rights .
# right to constitutional remedies .
# right against exploitation.

Fundamental rights are the rights which are granted to every Indian citizen so he/she can live their life with fill dignity, harmony, peace, equality and justice. This fundamental rights are noted in Section III of the Constitution of india. These rights he/she can feel safe and can get a chance to raise voice and view his/her ideas to something.

There are some fundamental rights in our Constitution - :

Right against exploitation
Right to equality
Right to speech
Right to constitutional remedies.
Right to education
Right to freedom
Right to reside in any part of country protecting the tribal societies interests.
