Constellations contain stars that are easy to pick out in the night sky. Due to this, the constellations are made up of stars from within our own galaxy, the Milky Way, as they are close enough to be seen with the naked eye.

The group of stars is known as a constellation. We can see them during night in the sky. For example - Leo ( the lion )
A huge network of stars together with dust and gas makes up a galaxy. A galaxy is formed due to gravity. For example - Milky way galaxy
