Good conductors are those substances who have very low resistance and bad conductors are substances who have very high resistance and cannot flow through insulators.

The substances which allow heat energy to flow through them are called good conductors.

BAD CONDUCTERS-

The substances which do not allow heat to pass through them are called bab conducters or insulator.
