harmful microorganisms are which it is involved in causing diseases which includes pathogenic bacteria which caused diseses like plague , tuberclosis , anthrax . Protozoan parasites causes diseases like malaria,sleeping sickness,dysentry and toxoplasmosis ; and fungi causing diseases such as ringworm, candidiasis etc....

some of the disease causing microbes are :

VIRUS-RUBELLA

BACTERIUM-YERSINIA PESTIS
