Homogeneous Compound

In chemistry, pure substances can be chemically bonded to form compounds. If the substances do not chemically bond, they form mixtures. An example of a homogeneous compound is pure water (H2O H 2 O ). The hydrogen is bonded to the oxygen. Carbon dioxide is another example of a homogeneous compound.
