Analogous organs are the opposite of homologous organs, which have similar functions but different origins. An example of an analogous trait would be the wings of insects, bats and birds that evolved independently in each lineage separately after diverging from an ancestor without wings.

hope it helps... :-)

homologous organs:

these refers to the traitsinherited by two different from a common ancestry called homology. some organisms like bats wings and birds wings, seals flipper and four Limb of a horse and a human arm have a common underlining anatomy that was present in their last ancestors and therefore therefore lamps are called homologous organs .

analogous organs:

we find that wings of bats asking for stretch mainly between elevated fingers what the wings of the birds of a feather recovering along the home and the designs of the two wings and their structure and components are those very different and they look similar because they have a common use for flying but their Origins or not, so this makes them and dolojust characteristics and these organs are called as analogous organs.
