What are hydrogen bonds and dipole-dipole interactions existing in the ?

a hydrogen bond is a dipole-dipole force and is an attraction between slightly positive hydrogen one molecule and  slightly negative atom on the other molecule. hydrogen bonds are important in the properties of water and in certain biological molecules such as proteins.
