hey mate!!

HYPERMETROPIC {far sightedness}

when a person is able to see the far lying objects but cant see the near lying objects

this is caused due to :-

1) enlargement of the length of the eye ball

2) decrease in the focal length of the lens

it can be corrected by using a convex lens of suitable power

MYOPIC {near sightedness}

when a person is able to see the near lying objects but cant see the far lying objects [mostly in children's]

this is caused due to :-

1) decrease of the length of the eye ball

2) increase in the focal length of the lens

it can be corrected by using a concave lens of suitable power
