insectivorous plants are the plants which derive their food from insects. For example- pitcher plant and venus flytrap.

An Insectivorous plant is also known as Carnivorous Plant that catches and then digests/ eats insects. ....... For eg. ----->> Venus Flytrap, Pitcher Plants, Butterworts, Sundews etc....
