Intensifying adverbs and use of amplifying adverbs in English is an alternative to «very» in this case are following amplifying adverbs i.e. intensifying adverbs.

For example, big — huge, good — excellent, bad — terrible.  

Sometimes emphatic expressions written have an exclamation point (!) at end of sentence.  

During spoken emphatic phrases have stress on word thats used to intensify your feelings. .

Examples of emphatic adverbs are : “I don’t owe you any money.”
