Inter particle force of attraction means through which the particles r joined to each other
In solid it is most because particles of matter in solid r tightly packed
In liquid it is loosely packed
And in gas the particles r moving freely... so force of attraction Is the least in gas

Inter particle force is the force among the molecules of the matter. In Solids, Particles are tightly packed hence inter particle force is high. In Liquids, they are somewhat away when compared to solids whereas In Gaseous substance, they are very loosely packed and particles are very far as they exert very less force and molecules freely move.
