Isoelectronic Species are those atoms or ions which have the same number of electrons.
The variation of size in given isoelectronic series N3- >O2- >F- >Ne > Na+ > Mg2+ >Al3+
All the member have 10 electrons but different number of protons. Size of the species decreases with increasing protons.
aThe N has minimum 7 protons and Al has maximum 13 protons so N3- is largest and Al3+ is smallest.
