ISOBARS are that element which are different in chemical properties but similar in Physical properties . SO, we can say that ISOBARS are those elements which have different atomic number but same mass number .

ISOTOPES :-

ISOTOPES are the atoms in which the number of neutrons differ but the number of protons is same so we can say that isotope are different mass number and same atomic number.
