isoelectronic ions: O2‐ >F‐>Na +>Mg2+

➡️isoelectronic species are those which have equal number of electrons ...

as the number of electrons in an atom will increase, its size will also increase due to inter electronic repulsion . moreover the nucleus is also not able to attract extra electrons as size increases .
whereas when the atom loses electron its size decreases due to effective nuclear charge ...

this is applied for isoelectronic species hence we get above order
