The particles(molecules,atomsor ions) with same no of electrons are called isoelectronic species.
Ex:. Species. no of electrons
H2 1×2=2
He 1×2=2
Li+ 3-1=2
Here in Li+ Lithium is having positive charge so we are doing-1
If there is a negative charge we have to do +1 like in F- flourine is having negative charge so we are doing +1
9+1=10
