Isotopes are the element having same number of neutrons and different number of pro tons . example:..boron-12 and carbon-13 nuclei both contain 7 neutrons, and so are isotones

Isotones are the species that possess different " Atomic number " ( Z ) as well as " mass number " ( A ). But the number of " neutrons " will be same ( n )
