(ii) There is clear leadership.

(iii) They have some organisation.

(iv) Their active life is usually short.

I think these are non other than sectional interest groups .
basically....these are the groups which represents interest of a particular section.
and pressurize the government for the same
and there opposite is public interest groups which are basically 
the representatives of the entire people of a country (area)
