Ans: Planets of the solar system with their orbit outside the orbit of the Mars and composition similar to Jupiter planet are called Jovian Planets.
Jupiter,Saturn,Uranus,Neptune and Pluto are Jovian planets.
Characteristics:(1). These planets are bigger in size but have lower density.
(2). These planets are mainly composed of gases of hydrogen,ammonia and helium.
(3). These planets have ring around them.
(4). Jovian planets have satallites (moons) of bigger size.
