➡leukocytes is the other name of white blood cells.
➡they constitute one/three part of cellular elements present in our blood along with plasma.
➡these cells are present in the human body to protect the body against the disease causing germs or to fight against the harmful micro organisms.
➡they also destroy the foreign particles which cause diseases.
➡in other words, their main function is to protect our body and make our immunity strong.
➡they are of two types - granular( whose cytoplasm is thicker and more ) and agranular (whosr cytoplasm is not so dense).
