Himalayan rivers: Rivers which took birth in the Himalayas are called as Himalayan rivers. There existence is possible only cause of Himalayas. Further,when these rivers enter plains,they are joined by various other rivers know as tributaries. For example, The Ganga, The Brahamputra and The Indus.
