Human Male reproductive system has following organs:-

  1. Primary sex organ :- these organ contribute to the formation of male gametes. in male primary sex organ is Testes. Testes is situated in scrotum a muscular sac like structure outside the body. Testes has male germ cells known as spermatogonia which produces the male gamete spermatozoa or sperms.
  2. sex accessory ducts :- these forms the passage of male gamete to form zygote. these
  3. Male sex accesory ducts include rete testes,epididymis,vas deferens.

Human female reproductive system has following organs:

  1. Primary sex organ :- these organ contribute to formation of female gametes. In female the primary sex organ is Ovaries. Ovaries are located on either side of the lower abdomen. Each ovary is about 2-4 cm in length and is attached to uterus by ligaments.
  2. Ovaries produces the female gamete which is known as ovum or egg.
  3. Sex accessory ducts include oviducts,uterus,vagina.
