#In 1992 government of India suggests some changes in indian constitution to deepen the concept of democracy.
#They have reserved seats for women in local govt. so that women can also contest elections.
#They announced the elections to be held regularly in local bodies .
#Reservation of seats fo SCs,STs and OBCs in parliament gave a big boost towards decentralisation of democracy.
#In 1992 federal system of powe4 sharing become more powerful.
