Conductors

conductors are those substance which are able to transfer electricity from them and this is due to the presence of free electrons in conductors.

Example - Iron Copper

Insulators

insulators are those substance which are not able to to transfer electricity from them due to the presence of rigid and fixed electrons in them they don't have free electrons through which electricity could pass.

Example - Glass, oxygen

Hope you get your answer.
