  • These are helpful In the production of antibiotics. Examples of antibiotics are pencillin , erythromycin , tetracycline and strptomycine and many more

  • Microorganisms like Rhizobium , nostoc , azotobacter help in increasing soil fertility , in nitrogen fixation and in decomposition
