Bird migration is the regular seasonal movement, birds fly such long distances because the places they live in becomes impossible to survive .

EXPLANATION:

Many species of bird migrate. Migration carries high efforts in 'predation and mortality', including humans hunting the birds, and it is primarily driven by 'availability of food'.

It occurs in the "northern hemisphere", where birds follow specific routes by 'natural barriers' such as the "Mediterranean Sea" or the "Caribbean Sea" and birds also visit India from Siberia and many other countries.

Example of migratory birds are hazel hen, black woodpecker.

Migration is the phenomenon of movement of a species from its own habitat to some other habitat for a particular time period every year for a specific purpose like breeding.
