Minerals are the naturally occuring substances that have a crystalline structure .
♥ Organic - They are living and contain carbohydrates providing life to the cell . The cells of these minerals can create an ionic bond with the body and can be easily broken down into necessary materials for bodily functions .
♥ Inorganic - They are non living and dies not contain Carbohydrates . The body treats these minerals like a toxin , which means that they cannot be broken down easily .
