1. In this type of adipocytes cytoplasm amount is found to be less.

2. In them cytoplasm is found to be acentric.

3. In them nucleus is present at the peripheral side.

4. These type of cells are single and are very large.

5. In them fat globules will be available in high amount.

6. After some times nucleus gets flattened as result of the compression in the fat globules.

7. These type of cells lead to the formation of white fat.
