A multinational corporation or a worldwide enterprise is a corporate organisation which owns or controls production of goods or services in one or more countries other then their home country.
It can also be refered to as an international corporation, a transnational corporation, or a stateless corporation. There are subtle but real defferences between these three labels of multinational corporation and a worldwide enterprise.

Examples are
1.Bata which sells shoes
2.The coca cola company sells cold drink
3.Disney sells video games ,films etc.
4.HSBC produces banking and finance
5.Lenovo sells smart phones
