Washing your hair at this time can divert the heat release to your brain, causing brain fever. So, its better to not bathe or wash your hair during the first 2 to 3 days.

  • You should not exercise or do work of exhausting potential.

Here's the truth:

You can, and perhaps should, exercise during this time. Though you'd probably be all curled up on the bed, holding your stomach, groaning in pain, and wouldn't want to even get up, but believe me, some light moves or exercise will actually help your muscles to loosen up a bit, and ease the pain.
