the resources which are controlled by concerned nations in their countries upto 12 nautical miles from the coast are called national resources.
while the resources which are controlled by international institutions beyond 200 nautical miles are called international resources.

National resources are those resources which is owned by the government of the country . it is also maintained
by the govt. Example: Bus stand Road and Railways etc.
International resources are those which are owned by many countries across the globe . it is maintained by them no only a single country. example: Sea beyond 200 km from country, World health organisation (WHO) etc.
