In the day when the negative thought comes to your mind a part of mind acts like a moralist like an idealist and condemn that negative thought and try what all is in its hands to suppress that negative thought. You see a beautiful girl and all of a sudden all the sexulaity in you comes on the surface. Then a moralist part of mind also comes up and condemn you for having such kind of thoughts. Your mind says you are a good fella and that kind of thoughts are not just. Kill them suppress them divert them do something, chant ram ram ram. Now this thought which you have labeled negative will be pushed to the subconscious level of mind.

In the night now the watchful mind goes dormant and subconscious mind comes to full throttle, to full freedom. Now no one is there to condemn it. It fulfills the desires which are suppressed during awake state. Whatever you suppress is bound to come up in the night. The mind which condemned the thought in the day is asleep and now no one is there to stop it. Through dreaming your mind fulfills what remained unfulfilled in the day. All the sins all the negativity is expressed in the dreams. And you have no control on the dreams. You can not have. If you have control on dreams too then there are full full chanced of you going to become mad. If the suppressed part do not express in the night you are going to live very burdened life. Life will simply be impossible without you expressing the suppression of the days in the night. Till things are in suppression you can not live. In order to live rightly mind dreams. And dreams freely.
