A nephron is the basic unit of structure in the kidney. A nephron is used separate to water, ions and small molecules from the blood, filter out wastes and toxins, and return needed molecules to the blood

The nephron is the basic structural and the functio al unit of the kindnu. It consists of renal corpucle and the renal tubule. The renal carpusels consists of a tuft of capillaries called glomerulus and an ecompning bowman's capsule . Its fuctiona ia to filtee the blood taken by the renal artery by separating the unwanted urea water ions chemicals etc.
