Hey mate

Answer :- Neutral substances are those that are neither acidic or basic in nature. when in contact with litmus paper it doesnot change colour. it has an equal no of hydrogen and hydroxyl ion i.e:-( it has a ph level of 7).

In general these are harmless in nature in according to toxicity.

Ex:- 1) water

2) Table salt

3) Sugar
