These are pores on the nuclear membrane which helps the various substnce to move easily between the nucleus and the cytoplasm.

Nuclear pores are the pores which are present on the nuclear envelope around the nucleus.They help in regulating the transport of substance between the cytoplasm and nucleoplasm. They are actually protein-based channels in the nuclear envelope.
