The nucleolus is a round body located inside the nucleus of a eukaryotic cell. The nucleolus makes ribosomal subunits from proteins and ribosomal RNA, also known as rRNA. It then sends the subunits out to the rest of the cell where they combine into complete ribosomes.

nucleus is the brain of the cell it controls all the activity of the cell and also regulate the function of various cell organells int contain nucleolus which cintain chromatin which contain dna which is responsible for transfer of characterstics from one generation to other
