If you are a vegetarian, consume pulses, lentils, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits,milk, etc
DO NOT EAT BURGERS, PIZZAS as they contain preservatives and unhealthy fats

For vegetarian
milk.egg.cereals .pulses .sprouts green vegetables.fruits(an apple in a day keeps the doctor away)
for non vegeterian
fish is best suited (as is highly rich in protien which helps in boďy building )
