Ohmic Conductors are the conducting materials that follow ohm's law (I proportional to V) for each value of V.

For ex : Iron, copper, silver, etc.

Non-Ohmic Conductors are the materials that tends to deviate from the ohm's law. That is, for non-ohmic conductors, I is not proportional to V.

For ex : Germanium or Silicon based Semiconductors.
