okazaki fragment:- during DNA replication the DNA polymerase can polymerise the deoxyribonucleotide in the 5'-3' direction .because the two DNA strand are antiparallel the news 10 must be formed on earth stand in opposite direction one New stand is formed in new scratch in the 5'-3' direction .this is leading stand on the other parents stand short DNA segment are formed 5' -3' starting from RNA primer these fragments are called of okazaki fragment
